CRM Content Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a Content & CRM Executive with 2–4 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or CRM communications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing high-impact customer-facing content and is keen to build a career at the intersection of content, customer engagement, and retention marketing.
The primary focus of the role will be creating compelling copy for CRM channels such as email, WhatsApp, and push notifications, while also contributing to campaign ideation, customer engagement initiatives, and social media content execution.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Retention Content
- Write engaging, conversion-focused copy for email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, push notifications, and other customer communication channels.
- Develop content that drives customer engagement, retention, repeat purchases, and lifecycle marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute CRM campaigns across different customer segments.
- Create campaign messaging, subject lines, CTAs, and content variations to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Support customer journey and retention initiatives through relevant and timely communication.
Content & Social Media
- Write captions, content, and campaign messaging for Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Support the development of seasonal, occasion-led, and brand campaigns.
- Publish and manage social media posts and stories.
- Work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Track content and campaign performance across CRM and social channels.
- Analyze engagement metrics and suggest content optimizations based on insights and trends.
- Stay updated on content, CRM, retention marketing, and consumer engagement best practices.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, CRM marketing, retention marketing, or content marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across channels.
- Hands-on experience writing for email marketing, push notifications, WhatsApp campaigns, and customer engagement communications.
- Understanding of customer lifecycle, retention marketing, CRM campaigns, and engagement-driven content.
- Interest in marketing, consumer behavior, and customer communication strategy.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, lifestyle, gifting, retail, or consumer brands is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
