Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with experience in Non-IT hiring, bulk hiring, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, especially in domains such as Finance & Accounting (F&A), BFSI, Legal, Information Security, and Marcom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for Non-IT requirements
- Manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interview coordination
- Expertise in bulk/volume hiring and closure management
- Source profiles through various channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other job portals
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidate suitability based on role requirements
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders for requirement understanding and hiring updates
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS using Excel
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in sourcing and recruitment coordination
- Hands-on experience in Non-IT hiring, especially Finance & Accounting (F&A) and BFSI hiring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and reporting
- Ability to manage stakeholder communication effectively
- Strong understanding of recruitment portals and sourcing strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
