Position: Meta Ads Specialist / Performance Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Meta Ads Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The candidate should have strong knowledge of lead generation, campaign analysis, audience targeting, and performance improvement strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Plan and execute lead generation, brand awareness, engagement, and conversion campaigns.
- Conduct audience research and create targeted customer segments.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI with minimum CPL/CPA.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, Leads, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences, copies, and landing pages.
- Coordinate with Graphic Designers and Content Teams for high-performing ad creatives.
- Install and manage Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.
- Research competitor ads and latest digital marketing trends.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for management.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and tracking tools.
- Understanding of marketing funnels and customer behavior.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with data-driven decision making.
Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred
Qualification: Graduate / Digital Marketing Certification Preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,803.96 per month
