Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and candidate screening.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with attendance, leave and onboarding processes.
- Support daily HR and administrative activities.
- Communicate with candidates and employees professionally.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn HR processes.
- Freshers and students pursuing HR/Management courses can apply.
