About the Role:
The Data Collection Associate at Relai plays a crucial role in building and maintaining our real estate data backbone. You will collect, verify, clean and organize project, builder and locality data so our advisory and product teams always work with accurate, up-to-date insights. Your work directly impacts customer recommendations, product quality, and internal decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect data from builders, websites, government portals (like RERA), and field teams.
- Verify and validate all incoming data for accuracy and consistency.
- Clean and organize data in predefined formats (Google Sheets, internal tools, CRM, etc.).
- Maintain complete and updated datasets for projects, builders, amenities, prices, inventory, approvals, locality insights, etc.
- Coordinate with Builder Relations, Advisory, Product, and Customer Excellence teams to fill missing data points.
- Track data freshness and ensure regular updates for active projects.
- Generate reports or dashboards (basic) when required.
- Identify gaps in data collection processes and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Good experience with Google Sheets/Excel (filters, pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple data sources.
- Basic understanding of real estate data (preferred, not mandatory).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to analyze and structure large volumes of information.
- Fluency in English; Telugu/Hindi is a plus.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana
