ABOUT THE ROLE
Own Meta campaigns end-to-end for a D2C brand strategy, creative direction, testing, and reporting. We want someone who understands how a D2C funnel behaves at scale and actively uses AI to move faster.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Launch & optimise Meta campaigns across D2C verticals (ROAS, CPA, CPP - not CPL)
- Architect full-funnel: TOFU → MOFU → BOFU - adapting as spend scales
- Build and run creative testing frameworks - formats, hooks, messaging
- Brief creatives: video scripts, static ads, UGC, with performance lens
- Apply Andromeda signals to campaign structure and creative rotation
- Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, AdCreative.ai, Foreplay, Motion) into daily workflow
- Build AI-assisted dashboards; track thumb-stop → ATC → purchase metrics
- Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages
- Stay ahead of Meta algorithm changes and Advantage+ updates.
MUST-HAVES
- Hands-on experience at a D2C brand (not just agency accounts)
- Understands funnel at scale - how CAC, ROAS, and creative fatigue shift from ₹5L to ₹30L/mon
- Independently managed ₹20–30L/mon Meta budgets
- Understands Andromeda - knows how to feed creative diversity signals at scale
- Out-of-the-box creative thinker: hooks, angles, scroll-stopping concepts
- Knows what makes video ads convert - hook rate, hold rate, CTA timing
- Builds dashboards that make performance readable (Looker Studio / similar)
- Actively uses AI tools: creative ideation, copy, audience research, reporting.
GOOD TO HAVE
- Scaled a D2C brand past ₹1–5Cr/month revenue
- Meta Advantage+ & AI-driven automation experience
- AI reporting tools: Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Hyros
- MMP tools: AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–4 years Meta Ads - e-commerce/D2C only
- Proven ROAS improvements at ₹20L+ monthly spend
- Strong funnel logic: knows when to widen TOFU vs protect retargeting ROAS
- Fluent in Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and attribution tools
- Writes creative briefs that actually get winning output
- Self-starter with a bias for experimentation

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
