In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Develop and sustain strategic relationships with high-growth global accounts, EPCs, and process licensors through their Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India, for adoption of Fisher control valve solutions across key projects and opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Global Industry Sales, Global Project Pursuit teams, Emerson business units, and the India Sales organization to develop and execute strategic account plans, strengthen local support coverage, and drive growth across targeted global accounts.
Partner with customers to develop, refine, and influence technical valve specifications, while coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with project requirements.
Lead technical training and marketing seminars for customers to facilitate Fisher preference on new and existing applications
Proactively engage in the early stages of project development to understand project direction, provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, and drive customer satisfaction through effective engagement, timely issue resolution, and strong relationship management
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape and new technologies within the control valve market

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering.
5+ years work experience as a sales/application engineer
Excellent knowledge of Fisher products and solutions
Experience with control valve sizing and selection
Understanding of customer specifications and how to influence with Fisher technology
Experience working in teams
Strong communication skills
Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend internal and customer events
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Working knowledge of EPC, OEM, Global Endusers and process licensors
Strong presentation / technology demonstration skills
Strong knowledge of strategic account management, the project pursuit lifecycle, and effective customer engagement strategies across all stages of project development and execution
