Role Overview
The Junior Lead Generation Associate will support the outbound sales function through lead research, data validation, and assisted outreach. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in B2B sales and demand generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and build target prospect lists using B2B databases and LinkedIn
- Extract, clean, and validate contact and company data
- Support email campaigns by sending guided messages and follow‑ups
- Assist Executives with pre‑call research and account profiling
- Update and maintain CRM records with high accuracy
- Learn outbound best practices and gradually take ownership of outreach tasks
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years experience or strong interest in sales / lead generation
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools
- Willingness to support emails, follow‑ups, and call preparation
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Target‑driven attitude and eagerness to learn
