Business Development Executive (Remote)
Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to support client acquisition and sales activities in the recruitment industry. This is a remote, entry-level role suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research
- Assist in acquiring new clients for recruitment services
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with recruiters
- Maintain client data and follow up on leads
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 6 months –2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Must have own computer/laptop and reliable Wi-Fi connection at home
