Job Description:
- Lead and oversee overall dealership operations including Sales, Service, Spare Parts, CRM, and Administration.
- Drive business growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
- Monitor sales targets, service KPIs, operational efficiency, and manufacturer compliance.
- Develop business strategies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain brand standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
- 8–15 years of experience in the automobile industry, with leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of dealership operations, sales, service, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems.
