A Building Information Modelling (BIM) Coordinator serves as the central link between design and construction, ensuring that multidisciplinary digital models from architects, structural engineers, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing)
Industry Knowledge: A strong background in architecture, civil engineering, or construction management to understand how building systems physically interact.
Soft Skills: High-level communication and problem-solving skills are critical for translating technical model issues into actionable construction solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
