Position: Senior Executive – Global Logistics Procurement

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Global Logistics Procurement Senior Executive to manage international procurement activities, coordinate import and export purchases, develop vendors, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely procurement of materials and logistics services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle global procurement activities for international suppliers.
- Manage import and export purchase processes.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate domestic and overseas vendors.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and customs teams for timely deliveries.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct vendor evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and import/export regulations.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure uninterrupted supply.
