Job Title: HR Operations Executive
The HR Operations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and delivering a seamless employee experience. The role focuses on operational excellence, process improvement, and HR compliance while supporting the organization's overall HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
- Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave balances, and timekeeping systems.
- Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, background verification, and joining formalities.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards related to headcount, attrition, leave, and employee data.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance management processes.
- Support HR audits and maintain documentation for statutory and internal compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 0-1years of experience in HR Operations or Human Resources.
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
