About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and support our online marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and other e-commerce channels. Freshers and interns with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Account Management
- Manage product listings, inventory updates, and catalog maintenance across multiple marketplaces.
- Monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and customer-related issues.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and stock availability on all platforms.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams whenever required.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain daily stock records and inventory reconciliation.
- Update stock quantities across all e-commerce channels to prevent overselling.
- Monitor low-stock products and report replenishment requirements.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Process incoming orders on a daily basis.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Ensure timely dispatch of all orders within platform timelines.
- Maintain proper packaging quality and shipment documentation.
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with courier and pickup personnel for smooth and timely order handover.
- Track shipments and resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Maintain dispatch records and courier acknowledgments.
Reporting & Operations
- Prepare daily sales, stock, and dispatch reports.
- Assist in marketplace promotions, campaigns, and operational activities.
- Support the team in improving overall marketplace performance.
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations is preferred but not mandatory.
