Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality IT professionals, coordinating interviews, and working with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technology roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical skills and IT roles.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for Java, .NET, React, QA, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud, SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Technologies.
- Experience working with clients or staffing firms is an added advantage.
