About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead cloud transformation, DevOps modernization, and infrastructure automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical leadership, Azure DevOps expertise, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and enterprise migration experience.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive engineering excellence, mentor technical teams, establish DevSecOps best practices, and successfully manage large-scale cloud and application migration programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
- Drive Azure DevOps adoption and establish scalable CI/CD practices across projects.
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
- Define and enforce DevSecOps standards, governance, and security best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver cloud-native solutions.
- Manage release planning, deployment strategies, and environment management processes.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and DevOps teams.
- Establish monitoring, compliance, automation, and operational excellence frameworks.
- Drive Agile delivery practices and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks while proactively implementing mitigation strategies.

- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform.
- Infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management.

Cloud Migration & Transformation
- Strong understanding of migration patterns and modernization strategies.
- Experience with application, infrastructure, and platform migrations.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture and operational best practices.
DevSecOps
- Security integration within CI/CD pipelines.
- Compliance, governance, and vulnerability management.
- Automated security testing and policy enforcement.
Agile & Delivery Management
- Strong experience with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Sprint planning, backlog management, and project governance.
- Experience coordinating multiple technical workstreams.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Exposure to Azure Cloud architecture and services.
- Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and operational excellence frameworks.
- Experience with automation-first delivery models.

- 9–12 years of overall IT experience.
