Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet organizational growth goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Create and present compelling proposals, pitch decks, and business cases to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Mentor and support junior business development staff (if applicable).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
- Strong background in B2B & B2C sales and client relationship management.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
