About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and professional Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate should be trained in massage techniques, have excellent client-handling skills, and be committed to providing a relaxing, safe, and high-quality wellness experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional massage and wellness treatments based on client needs.
- Consult with clients regarding preferences, comfort, and treatment goals.
- Maintain professional boundaries and a clean, hygienic treatment environment.
- Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records when required.
- Recommend suitable wellness treatments based on client requirements.
- Ensure a welcoming, respectful, and comfortable client experience.
- Maintain equipment, linens, oils, and treatment areas.
- Follow the company's service standards and policies.
Requirements
- Certification or training in massage therapy/wellness treatments preferred.
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, hotel, or similar environment is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Strong understanding of hygiene and client safety.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends when required.
