Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and responsible Waiter to serve customers, maintain cleanliness in the outlet, and support daily operations. The candidate should provide good customer service and ensure customers have a pleasant experience at the outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with menu selection.
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages on time.
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean and properly arranged.
- Coordinate with kitchen and billing staff for smooth service.
- Handle customer requests and resolve basic concerns politely.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet.
- Support packing of takeaway orders if required.
- Ensure proper handling of plates, glasses, and service items.
- Follow company rules and service standards.
Requirements:
- Basic communication skills.
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in hotel, bakery, or restaurant service is preferred (Freshers can also apply).
- Team player with a positive attitude.
