What This Role Is About
We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Junior Accountant to join our accounts team in Noida. This is a great role for someone who just finished their degree (B.Com, M.Com) and wants to start their career in accounting. You’ll help with daily accounting tasks, learn from experienced team members, and slowly take on more responsibility as you grow.

What You’ll Do
- Help with daily bookkeeping like entering journal entries, updating ledgers, and doing simple reconciliations.
- Support the team in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS summaries.
- Do basic GST reconciliations and tell your senior if something doesn’t match.
- Work in Tally ERP to update accounts (basic knowledge is enough — you’ll learn more on the job).
- Handle routine tasks like vendor payment entries, tracking collections, and processing invoices.
- Help prepare documents for audits (schedules, reconciliations, and files).
- Occasionally visit banks or vendors for small tasks like cheque drops or document checks.
- Talk with other departments (HR, Procurement, Operations) when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: B.Com / M.Com- freshers are welcome!
- Experience: 0–6 months
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts
- Familiarity with Tally ERP
- Know the basics of GST and PF
- Good with numbers, careful with details, and eager to learn
- Can communicate clearly and work well with others
- Positive attitude and ready to take guidance
