We are looking for the following positions for our CARTON BOX manufacturing industry in Kovilpalayam, Coimbatore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare dispatch plan according to company procedures.
- Generate and verify shipping labels, delivery notes, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with transport and customer for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels by recording dispatched items.
- Maintain a clean and organized dispatch area.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
- Communicate with customer service or sales teams for priority or special shipments.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure shipments comply with safety and quality standards.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or delays to the Dispatch Supervisor.
- Comply with health and safety regulations in all dispatch activities.
