Role Overview
We are looking for a highly energetic and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to join our Sales team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development who possess strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build a healthy sales pipeline. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and qualify prospective business clients, initiate conversations, and generate high-quality sales opportunities for the Business Development team. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential business customers across target industries and market segments.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and other prospecting channels.
- Build, maintain, and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects to meet lead generation targets.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business requirements, decision-making process, and potential fit for EnKash's solutions.
Customer Outreach & Engagement
- Initiate conversations with key decision-makers and effectively communicate EnKash's value proposition.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the Business Development team.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture prospects and progress them through the sales funnel.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers through consistent engagement
Market Research & Intelligence
- Research target accounts, industries, and key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to improve prospecting strategies.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with internal stakeholders.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth lead handover and customer engagement.
- Support marketing campaigns and events by following up with generated leads and driving conversions to qualified opportunities.
Key Skills & Competencies
- 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in engaging with business decision-makers over calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving lead generation goals.
- Good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation tools is preferred.
