Service Manager – Kayamkulam
Roverz Motors is looking for an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead our service operations at the Kayamkulam branch.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workshop and service operations.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Lead and supervise Service Advisors and Technicians.
- Monitor workshop productivity and achieve service targets.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the Parts Department for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in automobile service management.
- Strong leadership and customer-handling skills.
- Good communication and team management abilities.
