We are looking for a high-energy, ambitious IT Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing team. Your primary mission will be to identify potential clients, introduce them to our high-quality web development services, and create a genuine "urge" for them to partner with us.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to businesses that need a professional website or a digital upgrade.
- Pitching & Presentations: Conduct engaging demonstrations of our website portfolio, explaining the "why" behind our design and technical superiority.
- Creating Urgency: Effectively communicate the competitive risks of an outdated website and the immediate ROI of our custom-built solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact from the initial "hello" to the final contract signing, ensuring the client feels heard and valued.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the client’s industry and pain points to suggest specific website features (e-commerce, SEO, user experience) that solve their problems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT sales, digital marketing sales, or business development.
- The "Closer" Instinct: A natural ability to handle objections and guide a client toward a decision without being overbearing.
- Technical Literacy: You don't need to be a coder, but you must understand the basics of web development (e.g., UI/UX, WordPress vs. Custom, SEO, Hosting) to speak confidently.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to write persuasive emails and deliver captivating verbal pitches.
- Client Handling: Patience and emotional intelligence to manage diverse client personalities and maintain professional "stuff" under pressure.
