- Lead and manage a team of 6 Visual Merchandisers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Develop creative visual merchandising concepts for retail stores, mall activations, exhibitions, and brand campaigns.
- Coordinate with clients, sales, production, and design teams to execute projects seamlessly.
- Manage project briefs, timelines, approvals, and quality standards.
- Create seasonal and festive visual merchandising concepts aligned with market trends.
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered creative tools to improve design efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues affecting deadlines or quality.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual merchandising executions.
- Mentor team members and encourage creativity and continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
