Job Title: IT Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite – Tolichowki)
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in US IT/Non IT Recruitment (Strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Understanding of the US recruitment process and IT/Non IT technologies.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the US staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various IT/Non IT positions in the US market.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and job fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, ATS updates, and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT/Non IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on market trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging IT technologies.
