Work you'll do
As a Data BSA on the Solutions Delivery Canada team, you will be responsible for:

Partnering with business owners, product teams, and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Facilitating working sessions to elicit functional and nonfunctional requirements and translating findings into BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and supporting design documentation.

Documenting current-state and future-state business processes and developing process flows, functional diagrams, mockups, and wireframes as needed.

Serving as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to support delivery, defect resolution, and small enhancements.

Contributing to project estimation, backlog prioritization, and cross-technology process improvement initiatives across data-focused projects.

Solutions Delivery-Canada is an integral part of the Information Technology Services group. The principle focus of this organization is the development and maintenance of technology solutions that e-enable the delivery of Function and Marketplace Services and Management Information Systems.
Solutions Delivery Canada develops and maintains solutions built on varied technologies like Siebel, PeopleSoft Microsoft technologies and Lotus Notes. Solutions Delivery Canada has various groups which provide the best of the breed solutions to the clients by following a streamlined system development methodology. Solutions Delivery Canada comprises of groups like Usability, Application Architecture, Development and Quality Assurance and Performance.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

1.5-2.5 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, and data-focused projects.

Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements and business requirements in BRDs and FRDs.

Experience creating use cases, process flows, analysis models, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Experience supporting data projects, including data workflow analysis and ETL lifecycle understanding.

Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams.

Experience supporting backlog management, requirement prioritization, or project estimation activities.
Preferred:

Experience with Azure services or the Azure ecosystem.
-
Experience with ETL processes or data integration projects.
-
Experience creating wireframes, mockups, journey maps, or feature description materials.
-
Experience supporting multiple projects in a matrixed organization.
-
Experience working with defect fixes or small enhancement requests.
