Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our laundry store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store performance, customer service, staff supervision, inventory control, and ensuring smooth laundry processing while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor laundry processing, including receiving, sorting, washing, ironing, folding, and delivery.
- Ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Team Management
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff.
- Prepare employee schedules and manage attendance.
- Monitor staff productivity and maintain discipline within the team.
Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer experience and timely order fulfillment.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction levels.
Inventory & Asset Management
- Monitor stock levels of detergents, packaging materials, and other consumables.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement.
- Ensure proper maintenance of laundry equipment and machines.
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve store revenue and profitability targets.
- Promote laundry services, membership programs, and special offers.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer footfall and sales.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain daily sales, collection, and operational reports.
- Manage cash handling, billing, and store accounts.
- Prepare MIS reports and submit updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, laundry, dry cleaning, or service operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer handling abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and billing systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
