ChargeMitra is hiring an energetic and motivated Office Staff / Telecaller to join our team in Plamoodu, Trivandrum. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inbound inquiries, making sales calls, and assisting with day-to-day office management operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via calls and messages.
- Handle sales calls, follow up with leads, and explain product/service details.
- Assist in handling daily routine office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate customer records and basic data entry.
Requirements:
- Education: Any Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome!
- Skills: Good communication skills, strong telecalling etiquette, and basic computer knowledge (Excel/Word/Web browsing).
- Ability to manage office tasks efficiently.
