About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in SEO, organic growth, paid marketing strategies, and website ranking improvement. The ideal candidate should have proven experience working on international websites and competitive markets, demonstrating measurable growth in traffic, keyword rankings, lead generation, and conversions.
The candidate must possess deep strategic thinking capabilities, be data-driven, and be comfortable handling technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, content strategy, and performance marketing campaigns.
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience ranking websites in international markets (US, UK, Europe, Australia, Middle East, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Local SEO.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience managing SEO projects in highly competitive niches.
- Ability to create and execute long-term organic growth strategies.
- Open to working on any type of SEO project, website niche, and ranking challenge.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience working alongside developers, content teams, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute SEO strategies for international and domestic projects.
- Perform complete SEO audits and implement recommendations.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation.
- Build scalable SEO frameworks for long-term growth.
Technical SEO
- Website crawling and indexing optimization.
- Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Schema implementation and structured data.
- Website speed optimization.
- Sitemap, Robots.txt, Canonical, Redirect, and Crawl Budget management.
- Identification and resolution of technical SEO issues.
Performance Marketing
- Create and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages.
- Track ROI, ROAS, CAC, and CPL metrics.
- Build growth-focused campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and engagement metrics.
- Prepare actionable weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Recommend growth initiatives based on analytical insights.
