Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Service Engineer to provide installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales support for electrical equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on field service experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and service electrical equipment at customer sites.
- Attend breakdown calls and perform preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs or component replacements.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely service.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Report recurring issues and support product improvements.
- Follow safety procedures and company service standards.
- Travel to customer locations as required.
Requirements
- ITI (Electrician/Wireman/Electronics) or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in servicing electrical or industrial equipment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical drawings and testing instruments.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
