Customer Support (Voice & Non-Voice)
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries through email, chat, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and ensure timely closure.
CRM Management
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Track customer interactions and maintain detailed communication logs.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all customer touchpoints.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
Customer Retention & Engagement
- Conduct customer follow-ups regarding orders, deliveries, returns, and service requests.
- Support loyalty, retention, and engagement programs.
- Assist in executing email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Build strong customer relationships to improve satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, and marketing teams for issue resolution.
- Track customer service KPIs and maintain performance dashboards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
