Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand vehicle service or repair requirements.
- Conduct vehicle walk-around inspection and note customer complaints.
- Prepare repair orders/job cards with accurate details.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians for diagnosis and repair updates.
- Explain repair estimates, timelines, warranty coverage, and service recommendations to customers.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery with proper quality checks.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding repair progress.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate critical cases when required.
- Maintain service records, customer history, and follow-up data in DMS/software.
- Ensure achievement of customer satisfaction (CSI) and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with spare parts department for parts availability.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Graduate with automobile experience may also apply
