Key Responsibilities:
- Perform PCB soldering, de-soldering, and rework of SMT and Through-Hole components.
- Repair and replace defective electronic components.
- Inspect solder joints and ensure quality as per standards.
- Operate soldering iron, hot air rework station, and other soldering tools.
- Read PCB layouts and assembly drawings.
- Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures.
- Maintain production targets and accurate work records.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and R&D teams to resolve assembly issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI (Electronics), Diploma in Electronics/Electrical, or equivalent.
- 1–5 years of experience in PCB soldering, electronic assembly, or rework.
- Experience working in an electronics manufacturing or product-based company is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
