Kanoka Village Resort Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and technically proficient IT Executive to manage and maintain the resort's IT infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted technology services across all departments. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in hardware, networking, and system administration.
Position Details
- Job Title: IT Executive

- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Experience Required: 1–2 Years
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and technical expertise)
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, and IP-based security systems.
- Provide technical support to all departments for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, antivirus software, and business applications.
- Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and preventive maintenance.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
- Ensure regular data backup, system security, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and third-party IT vendors for issue resolution.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, service records, and maintenance documentation.
- Ensure all IT systems operate efficiently with minimal downtime.
- Assist in implementing new technologies and IT projects within the resort.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (IT), or a related field.
- Diploma or certification in Computer Hardware, Networking (CCNA), Microsoft, or System Administration will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
