Key Responsibilities1. Doctor Visits & Relationship Building
- Daily doctors, clinics aur hospitals me field visits karna
- Doctors ke saath strong relationship build karna
- Hospital ke services aur treatments ke baare me explain karna
2. Patient Referrals
- Doctors se patient referrals generate karna
- Leads ko track karna aur follow-up ensure karna
- Referral se admission conversion me support dena
3. Field Coverage
- Assigned area (city/region) ka regular coverage karna
- Daily visit planning aur reporting maintain karna
- Maximum doctors tak reach banana
4. Reporting & Tracking
- Daily visits, leads aur conversions ka report maintain karna
- CRM ya tracking system me updates dalna
- Performance targets achieve karna
5. Market Feedback
- Doctors aur market se feedback lena
- Competition aur patient trends samajhna
- Management ko inputs dena for improvement

Candidate Requirements
