An Insurance Manager oversees an insurance team and ensures the branch/agency meets sales, service, and compliance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth*: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for Life, Health, Motor, and General insurance products
- *Team Management*: Recruit, train, and mentor insurance advisors/agents. Monitor their performance and motivate the team
- *Client Servicing*: Handle key client accounts, policy renewals, claims assistance, and grievance redressal
- *Product Knowledge*: Stay updated on all insurance products, riders, and regulatory changes from IRDAI
- *Compliance*: Ensure all policies follow IRDAI guidelines, KYC, AML, and company SOPs
- *Reporting*: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on sales, revenue, retention, and team productivity
- *Market Development*: Identify new market opportunities, build corporate tie-ups, and run awareness campaigns

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
