Job Description/Responsibilities:
Operating and setting up VMC machines with Siemens controllers, reading technical drawings, performing tool setting, and maintaining machining accuracy and quality
Desired profile of the candidate:
- Independently able to Set up, operate, and monitor VMC machines for production runs.
- In depth knowledge of the VMC Machines, Programming, Tool Selection, Cycle time optimization.
- Setting and Operations independently, Tryouts.
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings to understand part specifications.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate has to be an ITI / Diploma engineer.
- 2 +years of experience in Operation & Programming of VMC Machines.
- Ready to work in Three Shifts.
