Performance Marketing Manager – App Marketing
Experience: 1–3Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize app install campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, and other paid channels.
- Drive user acquisition, registrations, and revenue growth.
- Monitor KPIs such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and retention.
- Analyze campaign performance and scale profitable campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative teams for high-performing ad creatives.
- Track app attribution using AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, etc.
- Support ASO and retention marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing for mobile apps.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google App Campaigns.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience with attribution and analytics tools.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on growth and ROI.
