Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Academic Counsellor to guide students, handle inquiries, and support enrollments by providing accurate academic counselling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents on courses and career options
Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries
Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions
Maintain student records and reports
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience as an Academic Counsellor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented and student-focused approach
