Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, networking, and references
- Connect with potential clients and understand their event requirements
- Present and explain company services effectively
- Follow up consistently with leads to close deals
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of events
- Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Update and maintain lead and client data in CRM/tracker
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
- Interest in events, marketing, and client servicing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in event sales, marketing, or service industry is an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
