Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organised professional to lead the Office of the President and coordinate key operational, administrative, and strategic initiatives across campuses. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage complex, multi-location operations with agility and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate strategic and operational initiatives across all XIME campuses.
- Act as the central liaison between the President's Office and campus leadership teams.
- Manage reviews, reports, governance updates, meetings, and executive schedules.
- Support academics, admissions, placements, HR, and institutional development initiatives.
- Drive cross-campus projects and ensure timely execution of priorities.
- Engage with faculty, students, industry leaders, universities, alumni, and government stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership decision-making.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Management or related discipline.
- 8 - 12 years of experience in operations, administration, or strategic management.
- Experience in education or higher education institutions is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle complex, multi-location coordination independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, reporting tools, and AI productivity tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
