Position Overview
Pathcom is looking for an experienced and highly capable Project Manager – ELV to lead and execute large-scale ELV projects in multi-story commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and mixed-use building environments.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing end-to-end ELV execution for high-value, complex projects involving coordination with consultants, architects, MEP teams, civil contractors, and clients. Candidates without hands-on experience in large multi-floor building projects will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of large-scale ELV projects from planning to handover.
- Lead execution of ELV systems, including:
- Structured Cabling & Networking
- CCTV & Video Surveillance
- Access Control Systems
- Fire Alarm & PA Systems
- BMS Integration
- AV Systems
- Intrusion Detection Systems
- Telecom & IBMS Solutions
- Handle multi-story building project execution with strict adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, PMC, MEP, civil, and interior teams for seamless project delivery.
- Prepare project schedules, manpower plans, procurement tracking, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, and client requirements.
- Conduct site reviews, risk assessments, and project monitoring.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and installation teams effectively.
- Drive testing, commissioning, documentation, and final handover activities.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular project status updates.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in ELV project management.
- Strong experience handling large-scale ELV projects in high-rise / multi-story buildings.
- Must have managed projects involving multiple integrated ELV systems.
- Proven ability to lead large site teams and coordinate across disciplines.
- Strong understanding of ELV standards, drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Experience in commercial towers, hospitals, hotels, airports, campuses, or large residential projects preferred.
- Excellent project planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related field.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project reporting tools preferred.
What We Are Looking For
We are specifically seeking professionals who have successfully delivered large and complex ELV projects in demanding building environments. This role is not suitable for candidates with only small-site or maintenance-level experience.
