Position: Regional Manager – APF Vertical

The Regional Manager – APF Vertical is responsible for leading the APF (Approved Project Finance) business across the assigned region by driving builder tie-ups, project approvals, home loan sourcing, and team performance. The role focuses on expanding the APF portfolio, strengthening developer relationships, and achieving regional business targets while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and execute regional APF business strategies to achieve growth objectives.
- Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with leading builders and developers across the region.
- Drive onboarding of new APF projects and ensure timely project approvals.
- Monitor and enhance home loan sourcing from approved builder projects.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Area Sales Managers, Cluster Managers, and sales teams.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, channel partners, and internal departments.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, and Risk teams for smooth project approval and disbursement processes.
- Review regional sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Prepare business forecasts, MIS reports, and regional performance reviews for senior management.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in Home Loans, Mortgage, APF, or Housing Finance.
- Minimum 3–5 years of team handling experience at a regional or multi-location level.
- Strong network with real estate developers, builders, and channel partners.
