Job Summary
The Parent Relationship Officer (PRO) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective parents. The role includes handling parent enquiries, coordinating the complete admissions process, supporting marketing and branding initiatives, organizing school events, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the parent journey. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a CBSE school environment, strong communication skills, and a valid driving license for field visits and promotional activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesParent Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents regarding academic and administrative queries.
- Ensure prompt and professional resolution of parent concerns and complaints.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing parents to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate parent meetings, orientation programmes, PTMs, and feedback sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of parent interactions and follow-up activities.
Admissions & Enrolment
- Handle walk-in enquiries, telephone calls, emails, and online admission enquiries.
- Counsel prospective parents regarding the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.
- Coordinate the complete admission process from enquiry to enrolment.
- Maintain the admissions database and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
- Achieve admission targets assigned by the management.
Marketing & Branding
- Plan and execute school marketing campaigns to increase admissions.
- Conduct school presentations, education fairs, roadshows, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for social media promotions and lead generation.
- Develop relationships with local communities, apartments, corporates, preschools, and educational institutions.
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities and admission drives.
Event Management
- Coordinate and organize school events, Annual Day, Sports Day, Orientation Programmes, Open House, Science Exhibitions, Cultural Programmes, and Admission Campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal departments for successful event execution.
- Welcome and assist parents and visitors during school events.
Administration & Documentation
- Prepare admission-related documents and maintain confidential student records.
- Generate MIS reports related to enquiries, admissions, and parent interactions.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and CBSE guidelines related to admissions.
- Support management in special projects and promotional initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Master's Degree preferred).
- Additional qualification in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or Customer Relationship Management is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Parent Relationship Officer, Admission Counsellor, PRO, or similar role in a CBSE School.
- Experience in admissions, parent counselling, school marketing, and event coordination is mandatory.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
