We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and sales-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue growth by promoting our IT staffing and recruitment services.
Job Summary
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads, developing new business opportunities, and selling HyperNex Technologies' IT Staffing and Recruitment solutions.
You will engage directly with Hiring Managers, HR Leaders, Procurement Teams, and decision-makers to understand their hiring needs, present our staffing capabilities, negotiate service agreements, and build long-term business partnerships.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy B2B sales, client relationship management, business development, and working in a target-driven environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and acquire new clients for IT Staffing and Recruitment services.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Research target companies and identify key decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Teams, CTOs, Delivery Managers, and Procurement teams.
- Conduct virtual client meetings and sales presentations.
IT Staffing Sales
- Promote HyperNex Technologies' IT Staffing, Contract Staffing, C2C, W2, Direct Hire, and Recruitment services.
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.
- Explain our delivery model, recruitment process, talent availability, and service capabilities.
- Prepare proposals, staffing agreements, pricing models, and client presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close staffing contracts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.
- Follow up regularly with clients regarding hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and repeat business.
Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM.
- Track sales performance, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
- Coordinate closely with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.
- Monitor interview progress, client feedback, placements, and account performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on the US IT staffing market, hiring trends, and competitor offerings.
- Identify emerging business opportunities across various technology domains.
- Continuously improve sales strategies and prospecting techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, IT Staffing, Recruitment Sales, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, or Account Management.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Confident in conducting virtual meetings and business discussions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
