- Reconciled sales, settlements, commissions, shipping charges, returns, refunds, claims, and payment reports with internal financial records.
- Managed reconciliation processes using EasyEcom OMS, ensuring accurate order, inventory, and settlement tracking.
- Investigated settlement mismatches and coordinated with marketplace support teams to resolve payment and reconciliation issues.
- Prepared daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, reconciliation statements, and management reports to support business decision-making.
- Analyzed marketplace financial data to identify discrepancies and improve reconciliation accuracy.
- Utilized advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, and Lookup functions, to automate reporting and analyze large datasets.
- Worked closely with finance, operations, and marketplace teams to ensure timely reconciliation and accurate financial reporting.
