The Compliance Risk Intelligence team is part of the GCE and is responsible for designing and delivering data analytics, reporting solutions, and insights to strengthen compliance risk management and decision-making. The team’s objective is to monitor and report potential compliance risks within issues, events, remediation and complaints in accordance with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
The Compliance Risk Intelligence team is looking for an Analyst – Analytics & BI Reporting with strong hands on experience in advance Power BI, Tableau, BigQuery and analytics to convert complex data into impactful insights and compelling business stories. You will collaborate across business units to proactively identify risks, track performance metrics, and support executive decision-making through data-driven intelligence.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer science/ Data Engineering, or other related fields.
2–5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting using Tableau, Power BI and Python.
- Advanced expertise in Tableau and Power BI for dashboard development, data visualization, and storytelling. Hands on knowledge of SQL/ Hive QL, Visualization tools like Tableau as well as Power BI.
- Expertise in Power BI/ Tableau data transformation, calculated fields, LOD calculations, dynamic filtering and data blending from multiple sources; implementing row-level security (RLS) and user-level permissions for governed data access; proficiency in performance tuning of dashboards and optimizing extract refresh schedules and experience in custom visual design, actions, and advanced filters to enhance user interactivity.
- Expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for complex calculations and drill downs; building data models with optimized relationships, hierarchies, and calculated tables; expertise in Power Query (M language) for advanced data transformation and cleansing; and experience in performance optimization, and custom visuals for enhanced storytelling.
- Expertise in handling complex data-joins and creating large and optimized data models in Tableau and Power BI is a must.
- Hands on experience with SQL/ Postgres/ Hive for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation is preferred.
- Working experience in python for data extraction, data manipulation and transformation on excel and SQL based databases; exploratory data analysis using pandas, numpy, seaborn and understanding of polymorphism and functional programming.
- Excellent storytelling and visualization skills. Aptitude for working with data, interpreting results, business intelligence and analytic best practices. Ability to break down a complex problem into components and solve them using data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical curiosity, data storytelling ability, risk and compliance mindset, stakeholder management, clear communication, structured problem-solving, ownership, adaptability, self-motivated, and the ability to translate complex data into accurate, actionable business insights.
