Description:
We're hiring a developer to build and maintain our web-based SaaS application—starting from Lovable prototypes and scaling to production code. You must be proficient using AI tools like Cursor to write, debug, and refactor code efficiently while owning the full stack. Shopify development experience is mandatory for our D2C brands
Key Responsibilities:
Prototype features rapidly in Lovable (React + Supabase), then export and harden the codebase for production.
Use Cursor AI (or similar) to implement new features, fix bugs, and optimize performance across frontend/backend.
Build secure APIs, authentication (OAuth/JWT), multi-tenant data isolation, and third-party integrations (Shopify, ad platforms).
Develop Shopify apps, themes, and custom storefronts for our brands using Liquid, Hydrogen, Remix, or Polaris.
Handle database design (Postgres/Supabase), state management, responsive UI, and deployment (Vercel/Render).
Write clean, tested code with proper Git workflows, CI/CD, and documentation.
Collaborate daily with founder on product roadmap, user feedback iteration, and technical decisions.
Required Skills & Experience:
AI Coding Proficiency (Must-Have)
Expert at using Cursor AI, Claude, or GitHub Copilot to generate 80%+ of code—prompt engineering, iterative refinement, and manual cleanup.
Proven track record shipping projects faster using AI tools (show GitHub repos or live apps built this way).
Technical Stack:
Frontend: React/Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, component architecture, TanStack Query or SWR.
Backend: Node.js/Supabase edge functions, REST/GraphQL APIs, serverless architecture.
Database: Supabase/Postgres—RLS, schemas, migrations, optimization.
DevOps: GitHub, Vercel/Netlify, basic monitoring (Sentry), Stripe for billing.
Shopify Development (Must-Have)
Shopify app development (Node.js/React apps, OAuth, webhooks, API integrations).
Storefront development (Liquid templates, Dawn theme customization, Hydrogen headless).
Experience with Shopify Plus apps, checkout extensions, or Payments Apps.
Integration of Shopify data with external SaaS (analytics, inventory sync).
SaaS Experience:
Multi-workspace apps, role-based access, subscription flows.
E-commerce integrations (Shopify APIs, analytics dashboards).
Experience Level:
4-5 years building production web apps + Shopify development.
Chennai/Tamil Nadu preferred for remote/hybrid.
Pay: ₹500.00 per hour
