- Provide technical support for internal staff, resolving software, hardware, and network issues via phone, email, or in person.
- Manage and support end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications, systems, and networks.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
- Set up and configure user accounts, permissions, and access rights using system administration tools.
- Support and manage internal IT systems, including servers, databases, and networks.
- Assist in managing and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security.
- Document all support requests and resolutions in a helpdesk ticketing system.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on new technologies, software applications, and IT best practices.
